The first step to great service starts with signing a Go Motors' work order. However, many of our customers are from far away, or they work long hours and can not come during normal business hours, or they just want to get started. There are several ways you may submit a Go Motors work order and get service on your vehicle. Click here for more detailed instructions on how to submit a work order after hours, paperlessly and for information on our valet service and dropping of your vehicle after hours, etc. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us at (860) 839-2518.
You have more than likely been sent to this page to start your work order for service on your vehicle. These instructions are here to help you to sign a work order and/or to print a copy of our work order to start your service easily and conveniently. All vehicles require a work order prior to dropping off and start of service. Please note, you may also come in during business hours and we will fill in a work order for you and give you a work order to sign and process your work order while you wait -- these instructions are to help assist you in getting your vehicle in for service quickly, easily, and conveniently. Let's get started with your Go Motors work order:
Click Here for a Work Order to print, sign, and send. Simple click on the link and you may either sign our work order paperlessly (click here for instructions on how to sign paperlessly) or you may download (save as a PDF to your computer and then email) and print our work order to send to us.
Once you have downloaded the work order you have several options:
1. Download the work order to your desktop to save it -- E.g., you may want to put it in a folder on your desktop labeled "work order". Once you have saved it you can then print it. Once you have printed it please fill in in all areas denoted by XX and Sign it in both spots denoted by X (located in blue boxes bottom center and bottom left on the work order). Once this is done either send it to us by email to: Service@GoMotorsUSA.com or you can drop it off after hours (click here for instructions on how to drop off a work order and / or vehicle after hours) . Remember before dropping off your work order in our after hours slot to be sure to make a copy for yourself --- if you do not have a way to make a copy for yourself please put a note on the work order for us to send you a copy (you may ask us to email it, send in the mail, or call you to come in and get one. . . as just examples).
2. You may sign and submit to us this work order paperlessly as well -- it's easy and convenient. Here are the steps to take if you would like to sign and submit this work order paperlessly:
A. Click here to access a PDF of our work order (estimate only work order). Once you open this document save it to your computer.
B. Once you have saved this work order to your computer please open in it and start filling it in and signing it. Fill in the work order in all areas denoted by "XX" and Sign the PDF work order in both areas denoted by "X" (blue box) without printing it out. Instructions on how to sign and fill-in a PDF Work Order are located by clicking here.
C. Once you have filled in and signed the PDF work order you can save it to your desktop and email it as an attachment to: Service@GoMotorsUSA.com
Once we receive your work order you can drop off your vehicle at any time day or night at any hour to our location at 184 Flanders Road, Niantic, CT 06357. Please drop your key(s) in the night deposit slot. The night deposit slot is located to the left of our furthest left garage door (if facing the building). Remember to lock your car. Give us a call or text us to let us know you have dropped off your car and completed your work order at (860) 839-2518.

(all of our vehicles are stored indoors) — we strongly encourage customers to make appointments with as much advance notice as possible but if you are not sure or if you want to come quickly — just give us a call! Also, we are quite flexible and can show when convenient for most buyers (e.g., early morning or evenings Monday through Sunday) — just please give us advance notice. We show vehicles on a first come first serve basis and our appts. fill up fast so be sure to make your Appt. soon if you have strong interest in any of our vehicles.
We encourage all buyers to please check our website inventory before coming to check if anything of interest has not sold— we update our website regularly. For customers coming from out of state we hold vehicles of interest for those customers provided they have a confirmed appt.

We register at the time of purchase! **Test ride, buy, and register without leaving our office - same day - for in-state or out of state residents (with valid I.D.). We can also provide same day 30 day registration temporary plate for out-of-state residents**.
