Go Motors, LLC Service Department is currently servicing our clients during this state of emergency each and every day. For all our service clients please be advised we are following comprehensive CDC recommended guidelines to protect the health and safety of our customers each and every day. Each vehicle brought in is disinfected / each vehicle sent out is disinfected that comes in for service. If you are in need of service on your vehicle please be rest assured we have implemented procedures and guidelines to aid in stopping the spread of Covid-19 while also maintaining and providing valuable essential automotive services our customers need at this critical time. All vehicles are taken into service hands-free and in a safe manner as to not aid in the spread of Covid-19. We have electronic work orders online by clicking below or we can send a work order to you by email or text by contacting or texting us at (860) 839-2518. Simply fill in your work order using the instructions on the service link below, sign it where noted by a red/black "X" in both spots, and scan or send it to Service@GoMotorsUSA.com (we recommend taking a picture of it signed and sending it to us by text at (860) 839-2518 if need be) or drop it off in our key drop off (if facing our building garage door the key drop off is on the left side. We also have blank work orders located outside our building in this spot as well).
Also at this time Go Motors, LLC will pick up your vehicle at your home or work (for local customers. . . call for details) if you request this of us at no charge. Prior to our pickup we ask you to wipe down the areas of the driver side handle and steering wheel as well as other areas our drivers may come into contact with upon pick up. Once here, your vehicle will be wiped down to disinfect moreso and it will also be wiped down prior to giving it back to you as well. To pay for and pick up your vehicle we will take payments over the phone by credit card and others safe and remote methods once pick up is ready and/or deliver your vehicle to you at your work or home within the local area (call if you need pick up or delivery (860) 839-2518 to discuss availability of our no-cost pick up and drop off of your vehicle at your place of home or work).
PLEASE ALSO NOTE DURING THIS CRISIS: In an effort to contribute and provide assistance Go Motors, LLC is now offering very reasonable and very discounted rates for healthcare workers and first responders who require service for their vehicle as well as other services at no or low cost. Please call us to find out more about this and for more details at (860) 839-2518 and check back frequently for more details as they become available, as we post them. (all of our vehicles are stored indoors) — we strongly encourage customers to make appointments with as much advance notice as possible but if you are not sure or if you want to come quickly — just give us a call! Also, we are quite flexible and can show when convenient for most buyers (e.g., early morning or evenings Monday through Sunday) — just please give us advance notice. We show vehicles on a first come first serve basis and our appts. fill up fast so be sure to make your Appt. soon if you have strong interest in any of our vehicles.
We encourage all buyers to please check our website inventory before coming to check if anything of interest has not sold— we update our website regularly. For customers coming from out of state we hold vehicles of interest for those customers provided they have a confirmed appt.

We register at the time of purchase! **Test ride, buy, and register without leaving our office - same day - for in-state or out of state residents (with valid I.D.). We can also provide same day 30 day registration temporary plate for out-of-state residents**.

We often feel that these subtle differences give buyers perspective of the appearance of some of our vehicles and the variations in color and light may help buyer see what the vehicle looks like all in all. All is aimed to help buyers “see” the vehicle as much as possible in different light before coming out to test ride it.
